Vehicle user: Only the person (s) written in the contract and delivery form can use the vehicle you rented.

Additional Driver: In the event that the driver's license shows and complies with the rental prerequisites (except the prerequisite for a deposit), daily fee is required for the second driver and for each subsequent driver. No insurance coverage is valid for any damage that may occur if third parties not specified in the said documents use the vehicle.
You can contact our branches to add vehicle users. Maximum of 2 additional drivers can be defined for a vehicle. The age and driving license conditions that apply to vehicle groups also apply to additional drivers.

Rental rates: All price that is stated on our web site includes these services below ;

Collision damage waiver (CDW): In case of a collision, if the insurance requirements are fulfilled by the renter, the customer is liable to pay the excess amount and the remaining amounts are covered by CDW. The excess amount is clarified at rental contract.

Theft Protection (TP):
Each location and each car group has specific excess amounts. Please make a search on our reservation page for detailed information. In case of theft of keys, remote control and/or registration certificate are stolen with the car Renter will be responsible for the vehicle up to full value thereof. This insurance does not cover non-collision damage (parking space, tire, windscreen, lights, etc.)

Payment Methods and Deposit:
Payments can only be made via credit cards.  Your credit card should be active for online transactions (3D or MO).
If you add ‘’Total Protect Insurance’’ on your rental agreement you can pay cash or debit cards at Antalya Airport, Antalya Hotel Delivery, Kayseri Airport, Dalaman Airport, Alanya City and Gazipaşa Airport Locations. Deposit may differ between 300€ - 750€ according to car groups. 10 days after return, our company will contact with the related bank for the release of the deposit.

The Renter who added ‘’Total Protect Insurance’’ on their rental agreement will pay the deposit 100€ - 500€ according to car groups by Credit card, Cash or Debit Cards at Antalya Airport, Antalya Hotel Delivery, Kayseri Airport, Dalaman Airport, Alanya City and Gazipaşa Airport Locations.
For Turkish citizens and foreign customers who stay in Turkey for more than six months, a credit assessment is carried out via findeks.com.

ATTENTION ;
In the following cases below, Benefit from Insurances will be void and any loss will be excluded from the coverage:
•      The usage of the vehicle by a third person not written on the rental contract.
•      The usage of the vehicle outside of the normal conditions of use (use of the vehicle with high engine temperature, poor road conditions or moving on a flat tire, improper fuel filling, etc.)
•      Usage of the vehicle by violating the traffic rules (exceeding the legal speed limits, crossing the red light and other similar violations),
•      Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs while driving.
•      Damage or accident caused by a cargo carried in the vehicle,
•      Careless and unattended usage of the vehicle (not to adjust the speed according to the road conditions in wet weather, not to keep minimum safety distance and other similar uses)
•      Failure to inform hotline or branch immediately upon the occurrence of an accident or theft, leaving the vehicle at the scene of the accident (except if there is a preventive situation determined by the doctor's report),
•      No necessary reports (traffic and alcohol reports) are received within 48 hours from the relevant authorities in an accident,
•      If the original car key cannot be delivered in case the vehicle is stolen.
•      Failure to deliver the vehicle without approval and after the rental period has expired,
•      The amount of pecuniary damage arising from the damage caused to third parties is covered by the guarantee of compulsory liability insurance. The customer is responsible for the amounts outside the margins of the collateral.

Vehicle mileage limits:
Daily and monthly rental mileage limits depending on vehicle groups are shown on the vehicle reservation page. In case of use over the specified kilometers, the current mileage fee is collected. Unlimited mileage limit is applied for daily rentals, maximum per contract, monthly mileage limit.

Penalty for smoking or extra cleaning:
Smoking is strictly not allowed in the rented vehicle. In case of smoking in vehicle or in case of excessive cleaning from either dirt of animal hairs, the Renter will change a full cleaning of the car at minimum 50,00 EUR plus VAT.

Identifications required: You should present your driving license and ID card (for foreigners International Passport is required). If customers have been in Turkey for longer than six months, they need a Turkish driving license to rent a car. Therefore, customers need to present the entry stamp in the passport to rent a car.

Services and products excluded in HANA rent a car prices:
Super Collision Damage Waiver: It will remove the excess amount of CDW. By accepting and paying an additional fee per day Renter's liability for damages is waived. Each location and each car group has specific SCDW fees. Please make a search on our reservation page for detailed information. SCDW does not cover damages of interior accessories nor does it cover in case of negligence, caused under influence of alcohol or other narcotic substances. Neither does it waive any liability in case of theft of the vehicle. This insurance can be purchased with a charge per day per vehicle group. Please check by the reservation steps.

Tire-Windscreen Coverage: It covers the damages that occur only on tires and windscreen.This insurance can be purchased with a charge per day per vehicle group. Please check by the reservation steps. There is an exemption between € 30 and € 100 according to the vehicle group

Third Party Coverage:
It increases the coverage of third parties’ damage up to 100.000Try that is provided by the compulsory traffic insurance.

Total Protect Insurance: Including SCDW, Tire-Windscreen Coverage, Third Party Coverage. In case of purchase, the excess fee is eliminated, the deposit amounts are reduced, payment can be made by cash or debit card.

Check out/in: Check in and out of car is free of charge during office hours; outside office hours a fee is applicable. Renter is fully responsible for repair costs for any damages detected on the car not clearly marked on the Rental Agreement. A representative from Beecar may not be present at time of check-in and the Renter agrees that final statement and assessment of any damages may take place without the presence of Renter and agrees that any charges that may occur from this can be debited Renter later; but not more than 48 hours after return of the vehicle.

Driving restrictions: Driving is allowed without restrictions in the territory of the country where you have rented the car. Any driving outside the area is forbidden. In case of violation of this rule the Renter is fully responsible for all cost in case of damage of the vehicle; a fine of 400,00 EUR is applied.

Fuel: You must deliver the vehicle at the fuel level you received. In the event that return of the missing warehouse, fuel is returned to us, the fuel cost will be requested from the lessor. Delivery of the vehicle with the fuel level will be much more economical for the lessor.

Traffic Penalty Service Cost: The renter is responsible for the traffic fines arising from the use of the vehicle created during the rental. Due to the costs incurred during the payment of the traffic penalty, a service fee of 35 TL / penalty shall be requested from the tenant in addition to the penalty.

HGS (Express Toll Service): For the HGS service used in toll motorway and bridge crossings, the usage fee and additionally 3 EUR / rental service fee will be charged separately from the rental fee.

One Way Price: If the vehicle is rented properly or is intended to be delivered, the one-way fare price. (Please ask for compatibility)

Extension of time: If you wish to use the vehicle longer than the date specified in the contract, you should contact our branches and extend the rental period. In case of bringing the vehicle late without extending the time, delay fees are collected with a 100% increase.

Time Shortening: If you request to return the vehicle earlier than the date specified in the contract, you need to shorten the rental period by contacting our branches. In accordance with the rules of cancellation and change of reservation in the shortening deductions are made.

No Show: 60 minutes from the delivery time specified in your vehicle reservation. Are kept ready at our branches throughout. If the vehicle is not received within the specified time, the vehicle cannot be guaranteed. In case of possible delay, you can make your payment by contacting our branches in order not to lose your vehicle warranty. Your reservation in the No Show status will be canceled after 4 hours without a refund, even if the payment has been made.

Booking Conditions:
Reservations made through our website apply to the following conditions:
The information you make from our site is made in a secure environment. After completing the reservation, you will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address you have specified that a booking has been received as specified. You need to keep this e-mail, you will not be able to reach this e-mail again through the site. You have agreed to send the e-mail to the e-mail address you provided at the time of the reservation by e-mail. Similarly, you agree to send the relevant marketing SMS to the mobile phone number you have provided.

In case of inconsistency in the reservation information such as price, vehicle group and rental dates, HANA Rent a Car records will be taken as the basis. HANA rent a car cannot be held liable for typographical errors or possible missing information. In case of request to change the conditions of the reservation you made (before or after the return date, changing the return station, changing the vehicle group, request to add additional drivers to the contract), the demand cannot be met, or if it is covered, an additional fee may be requested or if there is no discount on the rental price .

In the event of a change in the rental day during the reservation and rental phase, the standard list price specified in the lease will be applied.
